Bled, Slovenia

Bled is a short train/bus ride away from Slovenia's capital city - Ljubljana. Nestled up in the north-west corner of the country, this postcard worthy city is absolutely picturesque. It's most famous for the church on a small island in the middle of a lake which the city has been built around.

Found on the edge of Bled lake is a castle - situated high atop a neighboring mountain.
