Cambodian Flowering Tree

The Bodhi Tree's trunk is covered with vine like projections - most of which have beautiful large red flowers growing at the ends.
The Bodhi Tree is spiritually significant to Buddhism, and is celebrated once a year on December 8th.
Because of the spiritual importance, these trees are quite often grown at Buddhist Temples.
This particular tree is growing in a garden beside the Silver Pagoda, in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
